So clearly IBM is giving a heads-up that the Latin American geo will not be helping 3Q's numbers and probably not 4Q's either.

It's very sad to read all these depressing posts about IBM. I've spent 33 years at IBM and I retired in 2010. I had an amazing experience over there and it's so sad to see how mistreated the worker feels nowadays.
