National Hiring Day

National hiring day was a joke. we "hired" five people and the week before we "hired" another six. None of them have hours and they will never get hours. What was the purpose of this National Hiring Day? Why hire people when you know you can not afford to pay them or give them hours?

Is this fraud or some sort of some sort of deception on the part of SHC to those who took the time to apply and spend time in interviews? Even the people we hired a month ago have not had more than two hours a week. Why hire people when the people who have been working get their hours cut?

Yes national hiring day is a joke. People don't just walk in and say hey I think I'll ask for an interview today while I'm picking up my online order. You just call the people who apply and pray they need this minimum paid job more than we need them. And when you tell them it's only minimum and there are no raises well see how fast they leave then!

Oh stop it. They had more then 2 hours! Most states require a minimum of 3 hours paid for a shift. Stop making sh-- up.

Think of the hiring process like a football team does. Like a practice squad. Keep people in reserve when other quit at the last minute.
