I heard 6 were removed before Day 1 in Refinitiv Manila. I dont have any news so far, i will try to ask my directs there.

Nothing happens here at Bangkok, as far as I know.

There will be multiple rounds of layoffs in the next month (s) or so. Today was just the beginning once you see which departments were decimated and which weren't touched in your respective locations you will come to realize that there will be more to come.

A couple sales directors let go from Ann Arbor today. On a call w/ a team update more to come in the coming days.

Any word on Boston?

Dubai apparently done, around 50 let go. A couple of products and teams down to 1, 2 people. Crazy.

Might be a bit of a stupid question but how can Bangalore be hit when it appears the majority of jobs seem to being moved there?

Bangalore is being hit tomorrow, if you have an invitation from a 2 layers above manager be prepared and don’t panic, as one door closes another invariably opens..

If they ask you to be at work early and sit at your desk, make sure the night before you take anything you cant live without (pictures of kids, personal effects, etc). They're cold blooded killers- and don't care about you. Make sure you pay- today- your corporate card. A buddy is getting screwed over corporate card expenses and he left over summer. TR/Ref is just a horrible place with horrible managers.

Wednesday is day for most locations - confirmed. Gonna be brutal. Offshore locations gonna get hit too. You gonna get invitation to meeting evening before, then get called to room with HR and told news. Guy I know (manager in US) said that managers were not told anything and most are angry they gotta deliver the news. 5% is not truth. More like 40% if you work in DCO. I no longer work for company so hear stuff from HR managers.
