If they have quite over the way they have been treated, might be worth looking up constructive dismissal. There used to be rules in place to stop it, although the tories may have weakened them from an employees point of view.

They can't fire you without compensation please be aware that we have upper hand on this. If they treat you bad you can treat them bad as well and we are out number them

I totally agree. They are treating us bad in the Andover, UK office trying to get people to resign so they don't have to pay a package. Already, one of my colleagues had quit due to being treated badly.
