That’s why it was previously called ranking and rating. The only thing to change was the name.
it means focal is a battle royale and you only win by climbing over the corpses of your teammates, either by explicit backstabbing or behind the scenes brown nosing (only works if you are Indian)

Most companies dumped this 80s style HR practice of deliberately pitting employee against employee long ago. Intel stubbornly sticks with it in spite of the evidence. Maybe with BK gone we can finally modernize our Focal practice.
