Seems coincidental or not that after so many IT help desk folks RIFd that very shortly thereafter the system fails intermittently all day long well as someone so aptly wrote on this site ‘if you think your helpdesk assistance s’’’’’s now just wait’ looks like that was spot on & may be worse than we know

Not sure what in the world you are referring to. These are the things that really interfer with the intention of this site. Sad that there is name calling and personal attacks on a site that is meant for information on layoffs.
Everyone should be respectful of each others blogs and allow them to share their experiences without criticism or disputing what they have experienced. There are many things happening right now that some people on this site post with others trying to down play it. In my opinion, that is just wrong.
Play nice. Site admins don’t allow personal insults. If you violate one of their rules, they nuke all you ever written and block your IP from posting ever again. Can check their rules in the page footer.
There is bashing on the site. It's a blog and I don't feel that people should down play on what's going on or telling people they are on the site too much. That really is no one's business and has nothing to do with what is going on at this company. Maybe they should stay off the site.
Seems that only people bashing AIG are allowed to post on this site.
totally agree with @Vropc5N-1tft. Maybe @Vropc5N-1zev should wake up and stop posting on site
Not a manager and you’re right. A-hole thing to day. A lot of stress due to all this c-ap. Sorry.
someone needs to take a time out and stop being an a-hole. Must be one of the managers people post about who treat their staff like c-ap.
What RIfs at the Help Desk? There were none. Even if there were, that has nothing to do with your computer crashing. You were probably on this site too much instead or working. Are you serious? Some things people say never surprises me.
I have had continual issues since this has happened
My computer went down 5 times. Seems you may be right about the timing.
It was absolutely terrible today. I cringe thinking about the future.
