FTW IT org decimated . Consultants advise why have them when Public Cloud is here. But wait the one Mr. Cloud is also gone.
What's the strategy? Was this shed in the making for a while?
More layoffs done on 10/15 and 10/16 including a CTO level that had only been here 8 months. Sinking ship??? 80% or more of the people I work with there are either praying they are on the next list, in November, or are looking to leave on their own. 2 CEO's in 4 years since Bob Benmoshe retired with the second expected to be cut soon, and despite underwhelming performance he will undoubtedly get a ridiculous severance package... Seems to be a case of failing to learn from previous mistakes, just hope this president doesn't bail them out again... Just hope they do right by everyone and give them a decent severance instead of force converting them to some low rate service provider.
What a shame and what a loss. I always prayed I got FTW because you could understand them and IT issues and problems always solved quickly.
