Sears is not going anywhere. Please stop posting fake news. I am trying to run a store on a skeleton crew, and if I lose any more people I may have to resort to helping out myself.

Your kidding right! Sears is going to hell in a handbag. I’ve worked there for 9 years. Still getting minimum wage. A lot of my fellow employees have be ther 20 plus years and only make $12.00 hour.
If you think its a joke, you haven't met very many sears managers.
