This week ALS, is loosing 3 key people---the s---er rod PLM and technical rod guru, the rod pump PLM and technical guru, and a key metallurgist in R&D. All 3 played key rolls that can only be filled from outside Weatherford as there is no replacement or trainees left in the skeleton crew following the massive layoffs. Two of the 3 have 15 + years with Weatherford. If ALS falls, there is nothing left to sell. The fat lady is warming up

Its funny how many ask for a raise ro be ast market standards and wft doesn't budhe and the employee quits to go to another company. Then wft tries to counter and the employee still leaves. Thats says alot.

Finally came to their senses I guess. Who would walk away from the product line manager of s---er rods if they didn’t know the ship was sinking. Let this be a lesson. If you currently work for Weatherford and are not actively looking for another job you are an absolute fool.
Everyone is replaceable and your a fool to think your not. And if no one will be "replacing" them, then they were not that important as they thought. Everyone will be cut eventually, there is no more WFT. But go ahead and stick around because they need you attitude, it will get you NO WHERE.

time for change of scenery for both i guess.... grow a nut sack and move on because this company don’t want to pay hefty dough thats why they doing this long term employees.. so the company can find cheaper and younger work force who are families and yes sir type.
I just read a customer review where the customer said they’d go elsewhere because key personnel were let go. Keep it up WTF management shmucks.
