I can bundle for 99 $ ....cool ! , why is my bill $250 ?
If it wasn't for nepotism, we wouldn't have so much dead weight at this company. That just pisses off the other employees that are actually doing all the work.
What a shameful outfit we work for. I remember back in "the good old days" when we were a respectable company with great people, great service and people liked us. Now, our service s---s because of c-ap systems and processes put in place by management that only cares about the bottom dollar.
Everyone you service is p-ss-d. Rightfully so. Impossible workload every day. Dead batteries in CO's not being replaced, so evey time power goes down, so does the office. Then, spend hours trying tobget eveything back up. Air Conditioning not being fixed, so offices overheat. Go open the doors on the switch till it cools off, they say. Yeah, thats a great fix. Then, there is the lack of housekeeping and janitorial services. If we didn't empty our own trash, it would never get emptied. If you want to use the bathroom, better hold your nose and bring TP from home or your going to be out of luck. I have seen the corporate offices where the wheels sit and they are miraculously clean. Bet they aren't bringing TP from home!
There is no way this place can possibly keep limping along in it's current form. The L3 boys must have a plan for breaking it up, shutting it down or selling it off.
It probably doesn't really, CenturyTel, Qwest, Embarq and any others I missed does. CenturyLink is a Holding company, look at your W4's and what the company name it is under.
Loop Hole.
I think we actually have a few customers left, but we are working on getting rid of them.
Wow. Amazing.
