Will Broadcom not divest Agile Central? Instead send into maintenance mode and lay most off along with thousand more?

Who is "we" and who told you this?
We were recently told to start looking for jobs. Would get letter October 20 but only a few will get transition letter. Rest will get severance package. Going to move agile central to cloud and send where apps go to die.
ServiceNow would have been nice though.
Word around is that CA was shopping Agile Central to ServiceNow and it was looking to happen prior to the close of the BC acquisition until BC caught wind about a week or 2 ago and put the stop on it. As of now, it looks to be a slow death, unless a PE or other buyer goes back in and buys it.

This is an ignorant comment -- that was going on well before there was even news of an acquisition.
Still, a rebrand couldn't hurt the product going forward. I hope it is divested and it gets some actual leadership who knows what to do with it.
So I heard from my hair stylist who is sleeping with a certain VP's dog groomers mistresses second cousin once removed, who overheard a conversation between a guy that picks up the trash in Manhatten who saw a paper in the garbage that had a reference to the fact that basically everything on this board is complete garbage.
I've heard from my cube neighbor who heard from his friends in sales who overheard a low level VP whispering to a middle manager that Agile Central will be sold off.

Anyone with a little brain will screw agile central, its a joke that someone like CA bought them. Happy to hear rumors that it is exiting.
They will have to. That product was killed off the day it as acquired as we clearly bombed the acquisition. Renaming a known brand to a bs CA name with central in it didn’t really help. All the agile evangelists and great engineers either left or got cut. Another great CA acquisition
