Any idea where core research is being done and whom? My first blush show good partnership with University. But Isarel, Banglore, China getting 40% of budget but due to higher capital efficency the actual effective rate is 60%. This is where our future is !?

Yes, why not. Intel is one of the better-paying employers in Israel, and due to a high competition among the employees, a workday from 9 AM to 9 PM is very common. This is really all that Intel wants.

Nice to see fact, quant based observationI am always amazed for a Engineering company thats in such short supply. Lower R&D spend is a bad sign given competition.
