Why are only male cashiers ask to push carts when that cart pushers are on break or lunch. Fair is fair. I have ask without any reply from CSM. Gender shouldn't determine role.

True, women are stronger and on average smarter than men.
And now we know why you all still work at Walmart...
Women are stronger than men on average. They live longer too.
Gender is a social constuct.
- Hard work
Hard is not a gender role but an individual standard.
Our unloading team is ran by a woman and half of the unloaders are women in my store. When I go to receiving it's always the guys standing around. We also have girls getting carts.
Serena Williams is one of the greatest tennis players of all time. That's not debatable.
As for women pushing carts...we can, but we shouldn't have to. Women are more valuable than to put in low end roles like that.
Serena Williams?? Really?? She could never even beat a man Ranked 300 in the APT. She is a great athlete and could probably beat most non professional tennis Players, but could never compare to a Male Pro Tennis Player.
It's also the males that have to unload the trucks when they come in
"Males are naturally suited for more physical work then females."? Lol. Women can do everything a guy can do, sometimes even better. Is it no question females tend to be better athletes. Look at Serena Williams or Lisa Leslie. Women shouldn't have to push carts, however. Men need to expell their toxic masculinity through physical labor.
Haha some of the replies, so funny, I can’t.
🤣🤣🤣
Males whine more, women are harder workers! That’s hilarious!
🤣 🤣🤣
I can’t get up that sh-- is so funny.
But Don’t be mean guys he was really asking a question, not for jokes. They were funny though.
Truth is Wal-Mart as do most corporations try to be politically correct and so they won’t make females do hard work or more strenuous work unless females volunteer.
1.Males are naturally suited for more physical work then females. Having said that there are females who are capable of pushing carts, at my store there is a 50 or 60 year old lady that is by far our best cart pusher.

Females pushing carts especially younger ones are actually more likely to go complain, “get hurt” while pushing carts which opens up an accident claims, or simply refuse to do it because get this, they will suggest it is a males job and it isn’t fair for a female to do it.

Plenty of stores will actually ask females to get carts, at our store we have 2 female CSMs whom are always helping getting carts. Sometimes it can be hard to find females to do the task. Most males if told to do it won’t give their supervisors too much grief, even if they don’t want to do it or don’t think it’s fair like you.
I believe working hard is not a gender role but an individual standard.
Because males whine more and need to be given something to do to redirect their attention, the way caregivers do with little kids?
Just guessing.
Women are harder workers than men. Hence why the slackers are put in the grunt roles like pushing carts.
What are you complaining about.....you have a cart mule that does all the work. You just line them up and push a button......If you want to complain, you need to do it the old school way - no cart mule.
Funny how equal pay never seems to mean equal work, does it?
Some females jump in... others are not forced like all the others.
WM has always been that way. Even with making bales.
It depends on the store on ours, we had a female stockman that would run around circles over our male associates.
