Will E2E run in 2018 given that it is complete waste of time and money? No one at lower management level believes in it and they don't want to speak to employees.

Not a word has been spoken about it at the Florence Ky plant. My guess is that it's done.
It is dead in the water and if I was PK, I would be hauling the witless people who devised this shambles, over the proverbial coals. I would also be getting a substantial refund from Gallup for knocking together a simplistic survey which Schlumbergers' lacklustre managers should have known every question even inbetween counting their PIPs and share options.
Whoever thought that this crock O'sh1te would be beneficial should be working as a greeter at Wal-Mart by next weekend. The management wonder why morale is at rock bottom.
The shop level never even got the results and meetings that were supposed to come from it on last years unlike the new center manager thinks. No meetings. No results. No path forward. Just go back to work.
It’s dead. They will still play along with it but it’s reached the end of its shelf life
