Has anyone hearing if layoffs are coming for CRIS side for internet help desk? Right now they are beta testing a program that pretty much automates calls for that department so there will not be a need for that department. Anyone hearing anything?

I work in tech support on the Cris side rumors of layoffs have been going on for years..keep your numbers within range and muddle through the BS you'll be fine I don't think we are going to be thrown out soon..as for the auto pilot program this is a bot program to make things simpler and faster when your working with a customer for credit..advice ..ect..they are always going to need some humans to assist the customers
Have you heard of any rumblings of what center/centers?
Layoffs are coming for quit a few of us. Will it be end of year or next year, that’s the question.
