Which teams/sub-funtions in finance were impacted last week? I heard the RIF process will continue this week as well in NYC.....

Finance layoffs in nyc happened last week
Whishful thinking. Some layoffs did happen this past week targeting specifically Finance... and Finance will keep suffering from waves of cuts for the next 2 quarters... just wait and see... every sub function within Finance will get hammered following the traditional « spans and layers » formula... shooting « junior » positions first and then going after the « senior / manager » ones...
There will be no layoffs in finance. If it wasn’t for us, AIG wouldn’t be around today. We saved the company.
