Qualcomm tried to outsource the callcenter years ago. It FAILED EPICALLY and people started finding "shadow IT" routes to get what they needed. One would think QC would learn their lesson.
Now, a company whose revenue can be impacted by even the slightest momentary disruption in systems, has dismantled and decimated one of the world's best IT departments and sent it overseas. They modeled it after NXP, who outsources ALL of their IT.
