Anyone know what is going on with mms division?

Medical Management Services interfaces with WC Claims. They are still working on that group. There will be some significant changes by 1st QTR 2019. Not really sure what the changes will look like. Some of the functions are supposed to be transferred to another group and somethings automated from what I heard. I don't know exactly what that means. This group is supposed to help with lowering the costs of claims by putting in place Medical Management Programs.

I thought MMS was middle market excess! Now I’m even more confused!
Two Supervisors from HDI, a subsidiary of AIG under MMS were RIF'd last week
HDI under the umbrella of AIG lost 2 Supervisors last week
MMS will take a hit in 1st Qtr 2019
MMS is Medical Management Services.
I think they are still working on it

Other than the head of MMS being riffed, I haven’t heard anything else.
