I think more than 20 Adjusters were let go. My office alone lost 2 Managers and 8 Adjusters.

They got rid of about 20 claim handlers and 2 managers across the country. That math just doesn’t direct reports. There has to be more coming at some point.

Not done with domestic or international claims. This will go on through December.

I don't think they are done with Claims. I think it will slow down for a while but pick up in 2019 1st Qtr

I believe them for now...I am sure they will start again in the next couple of months...this will never end. When you don’t write business you don’t need claim people.

Do you really believe them when they say no more layoffs in Domestic claims?

I was Riffed by them 4 years ago. I would have to say that overall it was a good experience, they paid 2 weeks per year of service for, paid my bonus out at a 3 rating, oh and I never have to deal with them again. All in all it was a pretty good day.

Nothing in California. We had a call today saying there were job actions in Domestic Claims in Dallas, Albany/Latham, Wilmington, Alpharetta, Louisville and Clayton. We have been told no further actions are planned, at least in Domestic claims.

Yes good luck to everyone who does and doesn't want to get RIF'd. Get all your belongings together too because they don't let you take your stuff with you. They send it to you.
