Please.... there have been some movement in upper management... bullies in middle management are still in place, continuing their ‘best face upward’ to their new PLs, while crushing those under them. Look at patterns of voluntary departures. And please do so before we lose more talent.

Your posting ID was imrichurnot.... but I guess you don’t pay attention to everything you spew out. Studying human behavior on a layoff site and then expecting people not to whine... hmmm... no wonder the pharma costs keep going up in this country... they keep hiring geniuses... but yes I don’t understand what kind of intelligent guy who retired at 55 keeps coming to a layoff site for a company that is not even in the same industry... but then again it’s fun to mess with you so I’ll play... again I am Al and I thank you for your support

Rich? Where did I say ‘rich’? I said pharma was/is more lucrative. That could mean you can retire at 55 with a pension and decent savings if one was smart to invest. Rich is relative anyways, are you talking Alberta rich or Saudi rich? Oil exec rich or Jeff Bezos rich - 2 different things. I should have said this site is ‘entertaining’, that would be more accurate, as is most of the Interwebs and garbage on it. Silly little YouTube folks are probably doing better than you are. Human behaviour is also a curiosity of mine, Why do you come here and post/whine when you could use that energy somewhere else to better your own situation? You are the master of your own destiny or are you a Master Whiner?

You are retired and are rich...Yet you need to come to this site for entertainment...wow that's success right there... retired rich person having to go to a layoff site of past employer for entertainment... how fulfilling... your big pharma made you rich and yet you are here on an oil and gas company forum that didn't make you any money to comment. Jobs was not a founder of Pixar, he provided funding. As for swallowing, I guess you would know as you brought it up. I’m retired - big pharma is much more lucrative than what you’re doing or will ever do. This site is entertainment for me, losers like you whining about your situation instead of standing up and doing something about it.

To the guy with Steve jobs reference... Steve jobs founded Apple, next, Pixar. Came up with ideas for iPhone, iPod, ipad... the stock price and profits sky rocketed... what has Al done... come up with new ways to fu$$ employees and drive the stock price to the ground... ENRON had the same management theory “move up or move out” - that ended well!!!

The good news for Legacy Spectra was we were able to hire one of the Ladies from WOMEN OF ENRON in birthday outfits. Hopefully She will not be cut from the PROJECTS GROUP once the layoffs begin there. ?? Would you list ENRON or a photo shoot on your resume??

I thought many considered Steve Jobs to be quite the bully at Apple and look what he created, the precursor to the first trillion $ company and all they sell are essentially toys for the ‘look at me’ demographic of society.

Enbridge will end up to be an organization full of bullies, then bullies will be bulling each other out until the company becomes weaker.

Thats what is called self destruct.

For the bullies who are writing here that shows you are in secure and fear of lose of your employment, thats why you bully you coworkers and come to this board to bully others.

True. AM is a bully and he only respects other leaders if they are bullies themselves.

Enbridge has created a perfect environment for bullies and they are having their heyday. I don’t know of a single VP who isn’t a bully. They have to be to survive.

Bain’s research must show that corporate performance improves when bullies are at the helm. A hard pill to swallow, but maybe a bullying culture will ultimately be good for Enbridge. Time will tell.
