Running the departments like separate business entities but hiring and retaining r----ded id--ts who needs direct clear order how tos as L4 and 5. Innovation my a--.

We all have patches of most advanced softwares here and there. Some L2 pays for it for the whole goddamn org but only one L3 and her dipshit direct reports use it because f--- the rest who does the work. We use it so we should get rewarded for using a military grade software as a kindies user. F--- the rest of the benefits.

On our team, its measured by how hot they are and if they show some skin on our latest zoom meeting.
