He was very knowledgeable and a great guy. He knew how to get things done and showed respect for all his employees. These Level 3 people are pushing all the Legacy Centurylink and Legacy Qwest workers out the door which makes no sense because these people are needed. They have let some of the best people in Florida go. I can't figure out what they are doing. I have been in the business over 30 years and I have never seen anything like this. The Level 3 workers have not been let go like the Centurylink employees. There is one Level 3 director in Florida that appears to have no clue how to keep the right people to keep the company running efficiently. I have never seen so many unhappy employees in all my years in the business. What are these people thinking ? It has to be coming from the top to get rid of as many non legacy Level 3 employees as possible. They need to be stopped from doing what they are doing before it's too late. These are very talented and dedicated people being shown the door and told to get off the company property immediately.

Kevin Willike.
I said from day 1 that it was a hostile takeover. Everything is now L3 even though they have no clue how to run a company
Kevin is a great leader and he can hold his head high because his employees thought the world of him.
It was simple working for him! You new what you’re job was and he trusted what you said when he hired you that you would do it. No shadowing, GPS, dozens of forwarded emails daily. He should have no regrets of how he managed his territory.
It is Kevin. One of the good guys. He has more experience and knowledge than any one of these Level 3 still wet behind the ears directors. I don't get it.
hope not KEVIN WILKE or WILIKE ....
So who was it?
Do tell? Bet its a man.
