Just read David's email a while ago and it echoed exactly what colleagues here have been discussing , i.e. Layoffs and he did mention that changes will be implemented post the 1st and the soonest

So it turns out to be true and the bond roadshow is just an initiative to raise money to get rid of the excess luggage and make those investors happy

Better look elsewhere and make sure you get all your due

I heard elsewhere in other regions some MDs have been pitching to keep the same mafia circle around ( blood s---ers) , it's q chess game and they hold all the pawns just see Russsia lately

Is Eagan going to Refinitiv or staying Thomson Reuters?

There are HR professionals from Eagan applying all over the Twin Cities to try to get out ahead of this. An internal HR person has mentioned that they have almost 1000 severance packets ready to distribute as soon as the layoff announcement is made.

I have a colleague in Eagan MN that has been told she will probably be there until December. She hasn't received anything official but has been told by her manager that is she DEFINATELY being laid off Oct or later. She works in International Customer Service. All the staff in Australia, New Zealand and Canada have already been laid off that do this same job.

There is no way anything will be announced before the deal closes on 1st October.

It's likely they will announce something very soon after.

Yeah curious how wide-spread the fire will be. Checked the severance clause and it s 2 weeks of pay for every year with the company, with a max of 52 weeks...booo.
