Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Everybody knows the end is near

Please stop dreaming about a turnaround. It's not coming. Your time is much better spent trying to find a new job before finding yourself out of a job with no options. I feel like a parrot for constantly repeating this, but people need to finally hear it.

While it is too early to pin an exact closing date for this enterprise, I feel we are seeing the last breath of a dying swan.

Sell it below cost but make it up in volume . With those reduced margins I'm not surprised they showed some same store increases.

@VcCUmBT-hvf Can you please stop touting that like it is some great victory. A small; almost irreverent sales increase that didn't lead to any sort of profit is still failure.
