Thread regarding Pearson PLC layoffs

Polis sighting at Centennial office

Jared Polis (Democratic candidate for governor) was sighted at the Denver (Centennial) office last week.

Smiles and handshakes all around. Then he went back and huddled with the leadership.

Is he promising something to Pearson if he becomes governor?

Like it will be ok to sell their employees to Cognizant when the layoffs come ?

Buy c-appy software for Colorado schools?

Who knows ?

Can anyone from the Centennial office educate us?

Nice digging @VZtDQoH-8zju

Follow the money.

Liberal receiving funding from an organization that supports charter schools and fast pathway to foreign investors via EB-5 based visas and pathway to citizenship.

Where will this money come from ? Russia? China?

More importantly where will it end up via these Charter Schools ? ..... Pearson ?

Valid deduction, eh ?

Check out the donors data: https://www.opensecrets.org/members-of-congress/contributors?cid=N00029127&cycle=2018

We'll research them all and find out if there are any connections but this one is worth following:

Lot's of projects to bring EB5 investment into the chartered school industry - makes us wonder.

We'll keep a watch.

Yes, the same Pearson that can’t even print books or ship orders TOTALLY has the wherewithal to influence an election.

Interesting. What was he doing at Pearson a week before the mid term polls?

Now he is the governor elect - raises questions in my mind.

Maybe it's nothing, but ...
