I always read the posts on Seagate layoffs and there seems to be a lot of negative feedback on specific factories.Where are the worst ones and why are they so bad?

Without a doubt it is Seagate Springtown in Londonderry.Underpaid and overworked by a management that dont know how to manage people.A definate bullying culture,blatant favouritism and people being rewarded for kissing a$$ rather than what they do at their job.As an operator the constant pressure to meet impossible targets is soul destroying.The amount of people who work in Seagate Springtown that hate working there is worrying for management because people who hate their work dont care about the work or product.The vommon consensus amongst operators is the sooner there are redundances the better.
They are all filled with demoralised individuals who fear for their future
