That could be changing as the job market improves. This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY to work for. Already top heavy and they continue to hire oodles of executives who don't know what they're doing while getting rid of the worker bees who do know what they're doing. Pretty soon the executives will outnumber that the workers who make the wheels turn. The wheels are falling off now and it's obvious the company doesn't care about the "lesser" employees. Getting out as soon as possible should be the goal if you care about your future. This company sure doesn't. The level of incompetence from upper management is truly astounding. Run, don't walk, away from Change Healthcare. What a joke of a company.

I love my job. We are profitable. Change is as poor as a locomotive vagabond. I will jump off the train as soon as I sense any chapter 11. Until then I will continue to server proudly.
