@uff you forgot to say the bkm for acquisitions also includes losing a ton of money every tine we do the cycle buy -> integrate -> screw up -> sell
TMG needs to be spun off. Filled with a bunch of lying managers who constantly falsify information just for their own survival. Cut this swamp dwelling organization and send designs to TSMC.

CCG is a better choice as there is no innovation in the group and we can make money with old products
The business model for the bought companies (drones, sports, AI, selfdrive, etc. whatever Intel has bought) is in fact to keep them for a few years and then either merge fully with the company or sell/spin-off.
