AT&T eyeing for Avaya again. After merger AT&T will have highest stake in Avaya but it will keep it as a separate independent entity.

AT&T is regulated. Avaya acquisition makes no sense.

Never happen. Avaya offers nothing except some patents that could be used for litigation protection.
