I think Neil was really only brought in to get the company to IPO through any means necessary. He has done that much to the internal detriment of things like morale, trust and other variables that impact whether a workplace is toxic or not. While Neil stays on course for IPO, the goal is probably not to have internal dynamic healthy the goal is probably just to have them passable enough, so I would think in his mind and the mind of the board he is probably seen as doing a great job.
