While Intel is milking results of its market positions, this iceberg is melting and what is underneath is unusual for the industry toxic mix of politics, nepotism, 360 popularity backstabbing focal, brown-nosing, gender and minority reverse discrimination, re-hiring pool all made more bad accumulated incompetent material to stay and increasing number of good go away.
What can bring Intel back is very hard as it would require complete HR replacement with more than half of the management with focus on bringing back strict meritocracy, revising of each grade by merits, removal of 360 focal.
New CEO can not do this and so far there is not even good one listed as mentioned candidate.
BoD looks to be incapable to see this.
Execs are BSing to milk their pay and buy time
No rational hint of hope.
