Can someone retype the email here?
And in more BS desperation moves, each store is now required to do its own marketing on social media. SMs are to "volunteer" an associate every day to spend the first half hour of their shift spamming up various social media with whatever is fed on down from Pebble or the main Kmart Facebook page. It's not like we don't all already have enough to do without another pointless waste of time. (And the informative email was careful to note that there is no additional pay for any of this, naturally.)
To serve as coaches for the rest of the employees?
Our DM shot us an email telling us to scout Halloween stores for all the temporary employees who are about to be out of work. (Not that sparing people to do this is really an option given that we're desperate enough to need to do it in the first place.) I guess what they want more than just more employees are employees that are used to only having a temporary job.
Propaganda is right!!
If they knew what would save this company why didn’t they implement it 10 years ago? Or even 3 years ago?
Why did they wait til they were in chip 11 to start aggressively advertising?
All the top dogs are in panic mode now as their cash cow is just about dead!!
