Aviation Supply Chain Opportunities for Power Employees

This morning's notice from Power's VP of Supply Chain that Aviation is looking for Supply Chain employees and that Power employees should immediately consider applying is clearly an indication of how deep the next rounds of cuts will be going for Power.

The note mentioned more than 200+ open long term positions in the salary bands for Aviation and 50+ for bubble assignments.

The timeline to place people is by the middle to end of November which means we can all expect layoffs in Power to be right on time for Christmas for those not selected for opportunities in Aviation.

Let the games begin and may the odds be ever in your favor.

What I can’t figure out... Why would they want the top talent folks to move to Aviation if there is going to be a huge layoff. Wouldn’t they need the best of the best to keep things running? Maybe they want to best to move so they can sell Power with the low performing staff.

Great...we are are already top heavy and missing deliveries because of the incompetence of our "leaders".
