In the past week it seems there has a been a torrent of people willing to speak their mi ds on Chatter, and no longer anonymously. Multiple people are have voiced their dissatisfaction with the executive leadership.
Folks are also especially p-ss-d off about sudden emails that their will be having money deducted from their checks due to various claimed discrepancies. Apparently when you call the "People Connection" they can't explain the reasons and have to open one of their infamous "tickets."
The People Connection is a joke, and the joke's on us.

Renaming it to the People Connection was done to distract people from noticing that HR had been outsourced. Should be called the People Disconnection.
This company does not even think its own employees deserve to have a real human resource department.

Don't you find it even a little bit offensive that the ridiculously named People Connection was touted by Neil as a world class improvement in CHC's strategy HOWEVER they are offshore (another CHC euphemism for we got it cheap) and aren't capable of even correcting a misspelled name without a ticket. THEREFORE not only are your miserly leaders skimping on your pay, benefits, raises and PTO they are actually demanding that YOU pay to fix THEIR mistakes. It's awesome, it really is.
