IBM's Unpaid Sales Commission

This one popped up on the Watching IBM page, it depicts how low the management is willing to go nowadays... |||

I left IBM voluntarily last month. IBM owed me commission on over $500k sold before I left and I was told and reassured I'd be paid my commission in full. I found out today IBM is saying they've paid me in full already and that there were errors with negative shares of credits and over-payments on their end. This is all absurd and I have all records, FMS, etc to prove it. I feel helpless and extremely angry. I also feel that if I pursue this in court, after legal fees it won't even be worth it. Is this a known issue with IBM? Is there someone I can talk to about this? Is there an ongoing lawsuit or something of the sort I can join or contact? Any ideas? Anything helps. Thanks.

Fight it. I did. Goto Google and search for employment litigation lawyers. Many work on a no upfront fee basis and take 30% of what you win. Worth a shot vs. just giving up especially if you have evidence of your comp plan and sales achieved.

You can't fight city hall or IBM. You are screwed, Blued and tattooed. Just make sure you put the screws to them every day and in every way.
