I was told “CVS will no longer give store managers increases for taking over higher volume stores or cleaning up stores”. F**K YOU CVS.

what does it even matter
Most of my state is redlined anyway so we haven't gotten raises for about 7-8 years
I’m a DL. Unfortunately, that was announced to us at the last region meeting. True. “Unscheduled increases” and all.
That’s is not true. That is a DL and RM’s decision. There has been no CVS directive. If there is no increase I assure you, your DL is making that decision
