LOL!!! @VTzTLfo-myn

Is that the BS that is being spread at MSM these days?

Real Product Managers are there to anticipate these issues and ensure the there is a healthy pipeline of deals and revenue. Currently, MSM dummies are just there to do demos for an ineffective Sales organization trying to sell products that are old and useless. Said products are useless and low quality because Sabre does not want to invest in them.

I bet that you think you are a Product Manager.

As mentioned before, growth and innovation are things SP doesnt understand or have the skills to do. SP is a “cut” guy, always has been. His resume speaks to it extremely well. TK made some bets that didnt pay off and also hired the worst CTO in history. Tom knew sales and how to position for it though.

We are where we are because of the talent that the board hired. If we changed direction today, it would take us 4-5 years to dig out of the SP hole that he dug us into.

Theres currently no innovation and there’s no buying into marketshare and most of the best talent has left the building. Even if we did buy into marketshare at this point, the integration and then re-marketing would take 3yrs min.

Innovation = creating new markets with you gamechangers. not just trying to duplicate someone elses product.

Oh... to the other poster. I’ve actually seen a number of 300usd deals close in 120 days. It just depends on the “Desire” and the talent that is working the deal.

Quicker time to market, product innovation, agility, usability, maintainability, scalability all of which are lacking, but pay no mind to the man behind the curtain it takes marketing people to understand the abstract world of software

The naysayers are at it again, without truly understanding how the market dictates growth and how long it takes to sell multi-hundred million dollar deals. Sabre banked on EY family and lost, now you have to give them some time to create new products to sell... all other airlines are saturated with similar products.

I bet the original post came from someone who doesn't understand MSM.
