Dow is planning to add 200 new positions to India engineering center in 2019. Requiring all US engineers to send a portion of their work load to them as part of their personal annual goals to enforce it (same last year).
MGMT doesn't understand, you need local eyes. Someone will get killed by this!
Big business wants these centers in India and the democrats are making it possible for them to achieve it. Want to stop it? That’s what trump is trying to do, reduce these centers and the huge number of H1Bs coming into the country We did it to ourselves and just recently by the Democrats taking back the House.
This timeline is accurate.
I was laid off December 12th along with over 30 others. Some of the "pensioners" were allowed to "stay" until 12/31.
They should shutdown these centers in India. Waste of money.
It's better to do some charity
India IT center GURGAON - full of lazy and incompetent workers... they are being paid salary > CEO and VP of Indian IT companies and they do the work < fresher or 2-3 exp.....Waste of money..It's better you do some charity in India for poor and underprivileged. Never seen such waste of money....Hope someone take appropriate action on this....
