Interesting. I heard 2/3 India and 1/3 San Diego for employee ratios.
Looking at PH today it seems like a few thousand more jobs need to be geoshifted to Bengalaru.
Geoshifting will continue until 30% of employees are in high cost countries (USA, etc.) and 70% in low cost countries (India, etc.).
Download a data extraction from PH and calculate the percentages. Based upon today headcount reports an estimated 3,000+ still need to be geoshifted to the India.
