Do you think there may be small/medium/large American Express Layoffs in 2019?

Hope so! Company has constant layoffs.
Salt Lake Employees jobs will be impacted and a small office in Sandy Utah will house a small group of services, since the Amex service center has been slated for purchase by the State of Utah, which will house employees who will occupy facility beginning 2020. See KSL article published in May 2019.
