Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

This is a great program, but I have to wonder what the impact to people on the Autism spectrum is when they're WFRd for no apparent reason.

The Dandelion Program was an HPE initiative that emulated an SAP program, Autism at Work. The program is helping people in the community who may find it hard to locate employers who are willing to include them, While I am sure that there is some brand benefits from the program, there are also benefits for a section of the community who sometimes are treated pretty poorly.

People with Autism have unique talents which are an advantage to employers if they are willing to design the right role and provide the right training and support. Strangely enough, every single person has unique talents, pity many employers aren't willing to think outside the box to find roles that allow people to excel.

The Dandelion Program is a good initiative but really badly executed by being associated with DXC. How would Autistic people know if they are being bullied by ML and his cronies?
