We are expecting more people let go in early November after reviewing the business lines across sales and account management staff. My manager just rejected the management KPI sales for the year 2019 and shall be let go by the end of November.

KPI increase by 120-250% for team and 70%-180% up for individual depends on your product line.

There will never be salary raising. C'mon, that argument is: we all are lucky to be here, let's try to make a good start of this, everyone has to chip in! Rah rah rah.... The people at the top, those who engineered the Refinitiv deal will be making mint. Nobody else will.

I agree. It's incredibly unfortunate that the LT doesn't have any diversity. However I don't see how this old guard can still be around in the short/medium term. Real change will happen eventually, one way or another.

I feel sorry for the Markets Developments team who lost their jobs.

It seems that this Asia Wide Team now has only a few Local Asia team members and all Leadership Team for this group is White Anglo background.

Seems kind of interesting observation about redundancy selection criteria. Any other people notice this colour change?
