How the hell can everyone running this company, from the CEO to the store managers, perform all these criminal behaviors in plain site and not be held accountable??

@asf - Like when a SM doesn't work the required amount of hours, yet collects a full paycheck. Like when a SM turns a blind eye to the theft of company assets because the perpetrator is a friend. Like when a SM arranges for an associate to be dismissed because they don't care for their gender or race. Do any of those reasons meet your high and mighty standards? Do you just consider that the SM's prerogative? It is the attitude of people like you that allowed SHLD to sink into the state it is in today!
