That AIG s---s..that we are all miserable and the long term people are bideing their time for the package?? Get it over th BD and stop the suffering......... just do it!!!

Yes just waiting to get RIF'd. In any event I try to do my best everyday like most of the other employees at AIG. There are a few slackers but that happens in every company
Yes; EVERYONE I know, myself included, is beyond miserable and is just waiting to be let go! In all my years here I’ve never seen the morale this bad. I would like to leave on my own before hand, simply because I believe that they will find a loophole of some sort to screw us over out of the severance package! I give my all every day even when I don’t want to, even when I’m being treated like c-ap, and even when the majority of my coworkers are doing nothing, but somehow they still seem to get rewarded. I know life’s not fair, but at this point a package hardly seems worth it. My health, my family, and my sanity are on the line!
That's a ridiculous statement @VQqZmnz-3xtk. I believe most employees are doing great work even while they wait to see if they get RIF'd.
If you are just sitting there waiting for a package hope you're actually doing good work while you wait
