Severance is one week per year to a max of 6 weeks.
They don’t pay
No cobra? Meaning they don't pay or they don't allow you to pay?
2 month plus prorated vacation no cobra.

Need to have good experiences to discuss them. Houston is the pits. Management that does not understand people. All they have is lawyers, bean counters and HR. Oh yeah almost forgot about the greedy executives. The bright side is getting another job were they respect their employees.
why not? Because layoffs, resignations, offshoring, rumors of bankruptcy, and management hostility toward employees all make it unlikely that MDR and I have any future together. But maybe that IS the bright spot in my future!
