Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

In a few days I will leave this mess behind me and hope to forget it soon

This company is most likely moving towards to be the worst employer ever. I am so happy I found a new job before the real mass exodus starts, but I am sure Lauri is very happy that the older, more expensive experienced employees leave so he can replace them by young & cheap off-shore resources.

No hope, no goals, no ideas, no strategy , a lot of ignorance and i assume -no future- well at least not for me, I AM OUT.

If internal recruiters are already asking the managers to pretty pink please asks your team to write positive reviews on Glassdoor and other platforms as candidates stay away after reading the feedback about DXC well this is just sad.

If managers work behind the scenes to keep this show going.. well dear manager you do not earn my respect luring people in and then tell them to "embrace the su-ck" while they could be working elsewhere building a real carreer

I left half a year ago. After burnout caused by unrealistic expectations, no support and ever changing goals. I cannot express how happy I am being gone.

I came to this forum to check out what happened to the shares (today’s low was near 60$). I watch dxc shares and everytime I think I am lucky to be gone!

I encourage everyone to look for a new job. They don’t deserve your time. It’s not worth it. You can do better! Good luck!

DXC was dead the day it was spawned from CSC and HPE/ES .... the man at the top should have been a clear indicator that it was going to be a complete disaster.

Having worked for some truly superb organisations, Intel, Reuters, Deutsche Bank amongst others I then had the unfortunate honour of being transferred to HP / HPE as part of the Deutsche Bank outsource. I am so pleased i left just before the creation of DXC.

Good luck to all who are left and be ready for the eventual end and split up of a cancerous creation managed by the biggest group of b---s---ters i have experienced in my 35 year IT career.
