I see so much talk about more layoffs coming, but there are no details, no concrete info, nothing.
Do we actually KNOW more layoffs are coming? Or are we all getting bent out of shape for nothing?

Heard PI senior execs gone. To continue for rest of the year. And next year's all the quarters.
Puleo coming to Olathe - Kansas City at the beginning of December. Rumors of a sitewide shutdown are swirling. Anyone know anything?
Look at for mandatory meeting planners. They have done that to groups that are spread out. They have done this in various ways. They send out meeting planners and depending on what time your over the phone meeting is, depends on whether you stay or go. One group got a meeting planner and they were told they would stay. The next they would go. Then HR and your Manager call you. Your Manager tells you whats going on and then HR takes over. Ha no exit interview. Just a package to be sent in the mail.
You will never know who or when they will RIF. They like to surprise people and have them march out in front of all of their peers, it's quite embarrassing or sometimes they email the ones getting RIF'd telling them there is a "meeting" and they all go and are met with severance packages. So, no one will ever give you concrete information, sorry to say.

Its been 10 years of constant layoffs. Why would they stop now? It’s the AIG Way.
Already 1000 let go so far this year; 1000 left to go in 4q18 across NA and another 1000 in 1q19; so, take a chill pill and wait for your severance package. At this stage, that’s the best way to get out of this company; assuming you have worked long enough there; otherwise start looking for another job now and bolt as soon as u can without looking back!
Typically layoffs happen on the week that we get our pay. Next week we get paid again so I'm sure there will be more RIF's that will continue into 1st qtr 2019
Even Management is being cut.
Yes, they have to cut costs, no one is writing new business and are just sitting around and we will have another POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR quarter. The company to required to make money. CUT, CUT, CUT. But not Management!
In the 3 Town Halls in August, they were very clear that lay offs would continue into the 1st qtr of 2019. Go back and listen and review some of the e-mail's sent from Senior Management. Yes there will be more lay offs. They are working on this group by group
