They ignored the third party feedback and made up complete nonsense to downgrade my rating. It read like a setup for being on the list for the next layoff. Instead of a bonus I just hope they are still doing packages. It doesn’t make sense to disagree with the review.

Well my manager said he has to Work for “his” buddy promotion in a year or so. Sorry you have to accept a low rating for this year.

What can I say in this case? Get the “f****” out?

So glad to be out of QCOM. Reviews were always a joke. Getting marked down for random nonsense. If I gave my WORTHLESS manager the slightest criticism, his manager would call me to the carpet. It’s why the guy thought he was good.

Went from 6 to 4. low bonus and no RSU.

Clearly this is the indirect method of asking me to leave.

LOL. Fairness? In my group only the people who speak hyderabadi gulte language got promoted and even special rating. Our group was never based on skills. It was always based on language based discriminatio . So, this is kind of stealing Q.

Hr not manager. HR will tell manager to find flaws and issues even if not there. Delay promotion. Promotion comes with raise.... ooops other way round. Raise is fix 1.66% per semister. Once you reach the bracket that qualifies for promotion you will get Title change. But you would have been doing even VP's job under old title and old pay. That doesnt bother.
