I happened to click this one.. and unbelievably this thread is 100 % correct.
When there are processes in place as well as ticket ing tools there is no need for a persin called manager to be pretending to do work.
The fact is that the incompetence of the management has brought the company to this state.
It's about time that PPMC got the flick along with all the useless Resource Managers that add no value.

DXC is planning to outsource management tasks to third party.
There is no middle level management tasks thats being done in DXC, from leaves approval to FPR ratings to deciding bonus payout, all done by the system.
preparation of team roster is done by team members internally.
So basically there is little to show by way of work. The only thing we usually do is to fire some and hire some others (our friends)
No bonus means WFR in December ...start search for new job ...
Employees who haven't got the Retention Bonus for India are 100% in the WFR List... Brace your self for the getting the letter starting Dec...

My colleagues that I left at DXC are hoping to be bunted and Mikey hopes that the WFR'd folks bring many bonuses for his retirement fund. Good riddance to DXC - you fully deserve the outcomes of your leader WFR'ing hard-working folks that earn 0.0001% of Mikey's pay check.
