Sell less than 50%, that seems a performance issue they are resolving.

Yes. In sales for the Enterprise and Govt group....GEMS, the word is layoffs for sellers under 50% of their year to date sales quota. And most likely sales support people too.....sales engineers, etc.
it's so quite not a creature is stirring not even a mouse....
